As a dedicated single family office, we serve only immediate family members. We do not manage outside capital or accept non-family clients. We are not an investment adviser and are not registered as such. In accordance with Rule 202(a)(11)(G)-1 under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, we operate under the family office exclusion and are therefore exempt from registration.
